Prepare monthly account. Trial
Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet | |

Prepare project costing &
reporting. Follow up some audit matters.
Banking matters. Stock Check |
|
|
2. Payroll and
Staffing Matters |
|
* |
Prepare monthly payroll |
|
|
* |
Prepare & submit monthly
statutory contributions and
miscellaneous staff matters |
|
|
3. Admin and General
Matters |
|
A) Logistics : |
|
* |
Coordinate with forwarder
to arrange the goods arrive in / sending
out accordingly |
|
|
* |
Verify the custom duty
and handling charges |
|
|
B) Warehouse & Stock
control |
|
C) Other admin duties, eg: answering telephone
calls, typing (Quotation, P/O, D/O,
Invoice, company correspondence) filing, post
letter and so on |

D) To administrate and manage warehouse & office
operations smoothly, purchase of stationery,
office automation, refreshment and printing
matters |
|
E) Some others data entry and oversee the office
cleaner duties |
